~Brylan fianlly gets a tooth~ First tooth4/22/06
Just wanted to let everyone know that finally after 9 long months, that Brylan got his first tooth!!!! It is on the bottom left and he has been pretty crabby lately due to teething. Alyssa got her first tooth at 4 months, so it seemed forever for Brylan to get his. They say every baby is differen't and boy that's the truth. Since you can't really see it, I don't have any pictures yet. Let's just say that I'm glad he just stopped breastfeeding last week and boy am I glad:) ~Dah pops teaches the little guy the drums~ Brylan learns the drumsFor those of you know my dad, he is very musically inclined. He loves music and can play a few different instruments. He loves to sing and even is invited to sing with various bands in the Arlington & Alexandria, Virginia areas. Anyways on our last visit to VA in early April, my dad decided to show Brylan how to play the drums. His face just lit up and he had a great time. See for yourself! ~Dressing up Brylan~What do you expect with a house full of sisters???? Yes, more than once the girls have brought Brylan out to me dressed up in girls clothing. At first I just laughed, but what's even funnier is that he just laughs along with it!!! Poor little guy has no clue that he has become a dress up living baby doll for the girls!!! So Dah came to visit us for the first time since we moved here almost 3 years ago!!!! Needless to say the girls were very excited and happy to have him come. He also came at this time to go to Lexy's cheer competition in Long Beach. Alexis did really good at her competition and her squad placed 3rd place. She performed in front of Thousands of people at the coliseum and I am very proud of her.
While Dah was here we were very busy. We went to Rollerama wth him the first night and went roller skating. Then we went over to Papa J's and had dinner and played air hockey and ping pong. We then went to a movie the next day and shopping at the mall. On Sunday we went to the cheerleading competition, and then we went on a picnic at the park on the last day. We all love having family come and visit us.
Overall, it was a great visit and words can't express just how sad we were to see him leave. It is a memory we will never forget and we just want to thank Dah for coming and spending time with us. Your the best Dah, and we love you alot! |
